Dance meets Emotional Intelligence – (JuicEQ!) workshops

By |May 28th, 2014|Uncategorized|1 Comment|

Emotional Freedom is the extent to which the body’s reaction (which is emotion) is recognised, understood and worked with positively.

7 skills enable you to act, react, and interact in truly healthy ways.

Practice brings the skills into your daily life.   We tap into body sensation and movement to “juice” up our lives!

For those who have attended a juice workshop a year or more ago and might have forgotten the skills a little, this is a nice refresher, expanding your intuitive capacity to trust your body and its innate wisdom.

Carlos Rosas in the Nia intensive said, ” You are not here to do exercises or to learn to do something right, but to be able to meet a stimulus that always puts you wrong and learn to deal with it.   This is also the intention with juice! workshops.

There is no prerequisite level of fitness necessary.     Just take time to be your wonderful you.
